How do I place an order?
You can order anything from the standard menu online. For custom orders only please send an email to custom@buttercream.com.au. For wedding inquiries please email weddings@buttercream.com.au

Do you take orders over the phone?
For any order on our standard menu we encourage you to use our online order form as it is the fastest way to process your order. For any general inquiries we ask that you send an email to sales@buttercream.com.au as we can usually return your emails within 24hours. If your inquiry is urgent please feel free to contact us on 8678 9264 but please be patient if we cannot answer your call immediately as we take dozens of phone calls daily.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments. A 50% deposit is required for Wedding and custom bookings.

Where are you located and can we pick up our orders?
We are currently only an online store. We operate out of an industrial bakery in the hills district however our offices are not on the premises so we are unable to allow pick ups only deliveries at this time.

How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery fee is $20 for suburbs inner Sydney Metropolitan area. Suburbs outside this zone will incur an extra fee.

What are your delivery times?
We deliver between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am-3pm Saturday. Delivery times are approximate only, should you require a specific time a premium delivery fee will be charged.

Do you deliver outside of NSW?
Yes - for some products. There will be an added cost for a refrigerated courier. Please inquire at sales@buttercream.com.au for more information.

Do you accept International orders?
Yes.

How much notice do I need to give for an order?
For orders from our standard menu you will need to confirm and pay for your order before 5pm the previous day. For custom orders we require you to book and finalise payment at least 1 week prior as we need to time to prepare your decorations (if your design is more complex we ask that you give us more notice as we may not be able to cater for you request if you do not give us enough time). For weddings we require you to book and finalise payment at least 1 month prior. Please keep in mind that the weekends are our busiest times so they often can get booked out early.

Can I make changes to my order?
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your delivery. However deposits are non refundable.

Do you do bulk pricing?
Yes. For quantities over 200. Please see either our cupcakes or cake pops pages for pricing information.

Can I design my own cake or send in a picture of my design?
Please send an email of your design to custom@buttercream.com.au and we will let you know if your design is possible.

How much is a custom cake/cucpakes/cake pops?
Please see either the custom requests, cupcakes or cake pops pages for pricing information.

What size are your cakes?
Small: 15 coffee slices
Medium: 20 coffee slices
Large: 25 coffee slices
We do offer X-Large sizes for 40 serves and over.

What sizes are your cupcakes
Mini - 5.5cm diameter
Regular - 7.5cm diameter

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We require a minimum order of 1 dozen for cupcakes and 14 for cake pops from the standard menu.

How much are your cupcake towers?
We have convenient cupcake tower packages which include cupcakes, cutting cake, stand hire, delivery and set-up. Please see our cupcake tower page for pricing information.

Do you hire stands on their own without the cakes/cupcakes?
No.

Do you have cake pop stands?
We have a our own unique cake pop tower. Please see our tower page for pricing information.

Do you do edible imaging?
Yes. Edible imaging is available for our cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Please see our edible prints page for information on pricing. PLEASE NOTE we require you to send your image or text that you would like printed at least 48 hours before your delivery date.

How long can I store cupcakes and cake pops for?

Cupcakes should be stored at room temperature they will keep for 24hours. Cake pops can be stored for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.

Do your products contain nuts?

All our products contains traces of nuts.
