Do you take orders over the phone?
For any order on our standard menu we encourage you to use our online order form as it is the fastest way to process your order. For any general inquiries we ask that you send an email to email@example.com as we can usually return your emails within 48 hours. If your inquiry is urgent please feel free to contact us on 8678 2242 but please be patient if we cannot answer your call immediately as we take dozens of phone calls daily.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments. There is a 3% surcharge on AMEX cards.
Where are you located and can we pick up our orders?
We are located at Suite 7.03, Precinct 75, 75 Mary Street, St Peters NSW 2044 (entry on Edith Street). We are only open to the public every 3rd Saturday of the month with the Precinct 75 Markets. To avoid disappointment please call ahead to make an appointment for a cake consultation. Pick ups are available for pre booked orders.
How much is delivery?
Our delivery fee is $20 on weekdays or $25 on weekends for suburbs inner Sydney Metropolitan area.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am-3pm Saturday. Delivery times are approximate only, should you require a specific time a premium delivery fee will be charged.

How much notice do I need to give for an order?
For orders from our standard menu you will need to confirm and pay for your order before 3pm the previous day. For custom orders we require you to book and finalise payment at least 1 week prior as we need to time to prepare your decorations (if your design is more complex we ask that you give us more notice). For weddings we require you to book and finalise payment at least 1 month prior. Please keep in mind that the weekends are our busiest times so they often can get booked out early.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your delivery. However deposits are non refundable.
Do you do bulk pricing?
Yes. For quantities over 200.
Can I design my own cake or send in a picture of my design?
Please send an email of your design to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if your design is possible. Please note we will only ever use an existing image of another cake as inspiration but cannot replicate another cake decorators work.
How much is a custom cake/cupcakes/cake pops?
All our custom cakes are designed for each customer so the price will vary depending on your requirements. Please fill out the inquiry form or send an email to email@example.com for a quote.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We require a minimum order of 1 dozen for cupcakes and 14 for cake pops from the standard menu.
How much are your cupcake towers?
We have convenient cupcake tower packages which include cupcakes, cutting cake, stand hire, delivery and set-up. Please send inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing information.
Do you hire stands on their own without the cakes/cupcakes?

Do you do edible imaging?
Yes. Edible imaging is available for our cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Please see our edible prints page for information on pricing. PLEASE NOTE we require you to send your image or text that you would like printed at least 48 hours before your delivery date.
How long can I store cupcakes and cake pops for?
Cupcakes should be stored at room temperature they will keep for 24hours. Cake pops can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
Do your products contain nuts?
All our products contains traces of nuts.
