How do I place an order?
You can order anything from the standard menu online. For any custom, wedding, corporate or catering orders please fill out the inquiry form.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments. 

Can we pick up our orders?
Pick ups are available for pre booked orders. We are located at Suite 7.03, Precinct 75, 75 Mary Street, St Peters NSW 2044 (entry on Edith Street).  

How much is delivery?
Our delivery fee is based on your location. We deliver throughout the inner Sydney Metropolitan area.

What are your delivery times?
We deliver between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am-3pm Saturday. Delivery times are approximate only, should you require a specific time a premium delivery fee will be charged.

Do you deliver outside of NSW?
No

Do you accept International orders?
Yes. Place your order via our online ordering page

How much notice do I need to give for an order?
For orders from our standard menu you will need to confirm and pay for your order before 3pm the previous day.

Can I make changes to my order?
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your delivery. However deposits are non refundable.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We require a minimum order of 1 dozen for cupcakes and 14 for cake pops from the standard menu.

Do you do bulk pricing?
Yes. For quantities over 200.

How long can I store cupcakes and cake pops for?
Cupcakes should be stored at room temperature they will keep for 24hours. Cake pops can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Do your products contain nuts?
All our products contains traces of nuts.

CUSTOM & WEDDING ORDERS:

Can I come in to discuss my order?
Our studio is open by appointment only. Please send us an email to book your consultation to avoid disappointment. We are located at Suite 7.03, Precinct 75, 75 Mary Street, St Peters NSW 2044 (entry on Edith Street).  

How much notice do I need to give for an order?
For custom orders we require you to book and finalise payment at least 1 month prior as we need to time to prepare your decorations (if your design is more complex we ask that you give us more notice). For weddings we require you to book and finalise payment at least 3 months prior. Please keep in mind that the weekends are our busiest times so they often can get booked out early.

Can I design my own cake or send in a picture of my design?
Send an email of your design to email@buttercream.com.au and we will let you know if your design is possible. Please note we will only ever use an existing image of another cake as inspiration but cannot replicate another cake decorators work. How much is a custom cake/cupcake/cake pop?
All our custom cakes are designed for each customer so the price will vary depending on your requirements. Please fill out the inquiry form or send an email to email@buttercream.com.au for a quote.

Yes. Our smallest cake is 20 serves. Other custom made items (cupcakes, pops, cones, brookies) require a minimum order of 2 dozen per item.

Do you do edible imaging?
Yes. Edible imaging is available for our cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Please see our edible prints page for information on pricing. PLEASE NOTE we require you to send your image or text that you would like printed at least 5 days before your delivery date.
