How do I place an order?
Please fill out the details on the inquiry form or send us an email with your requirements: firstname.lastname@example.org. The majority of your consultation will take place over emails.
Do you offer cake tastings?
We send out sample packs of our available cake flavours every 1st Saturday of the month. Please email us to book yours: email@example.com.

How much notice do I need to give for an order?
For custom orders we require you to book and finalise payment a minimum or week prior to delivery as we need to time to prepare your decorations (if your design is more complex we ask that you give us more notice). For weddings we recommend you book 1-2 months in advance as you need to keep in mind that the weekends are our busiest times so they often can get booked out early.
Can I design my own cake or send in a picture of my design?
Send an email of your design requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if your design is possible. Please note we cannot replicate another cake decorators work. Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our smallest cake is 20 serves.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 1 weeks before your delivery. However deposits are non refundable.
Do your products contain nuts?
All our products contains traces of nuts.
Can i have my order delivered directly to the venue and how much is delivery?
Yes, we can deliver straight to your venue or to a residential address. Delivery is $25.00 all throughout Sydney.
Can I pickup my order?
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer pickup as an option - we deliver Monday to Sunday all throughout Sydney $25.00.
Can I get delivery outside of Sydney?
We do deliver to some areas outside of Sydney like Hunter Valley, but please send through an enquiry first to confirm we can deliver to the location and what the cost of delivery would be.
Terms & Conditions
(1) We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your booking. (2) Full payment must be received 7 days prior to your event date. (3) Changes & cancellations cannot be made within 7 days to your event date.
